The Funding manager at HelpAge International will develop & implement funding strategy and donor engagement plans by working closely with Country Director, lead the new business development portfolio and secure strategic funding opportunities. Coordinate all proposal development and reporting activities by engaging with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess a university degree with 5 years of experience in donor relations and grant management. Proven skills and experience in proposal development, report writing and working with multiple donors. Good understanding of various donor rules and regulations as well as NGO operations and the dynamics of the humanitarian sector. Willingness to travel to area offices and work in difficult environment. Fluency in English language is essential and Ukrainian/Russian language skills is preferable.
