The Syria-Lebanon Response Manager at HelpAge Innternational will oversee the humanitarian programme, working closely with local partners and the EMENA Humanitarian Programme Manager. They will be responsible for program designing and implementation, quality assurance, donor and stakeholder representation, support the Localisation efforts for Lebanon office, and partner capacity building.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in emergency program management, leadership, and multi-donor projects, along with strong Arabic and English communication skills.
