The Portfolio Development and Quality Manager (PDQM) at HelpAge International will support the Healthy Ageing portfolio, collaborate with internal teams, partners, and global members to drive strategy, funding, and programme quality. They will lead proposal development, donor engagement, and capacity building, ensuring strong MEAL systems and impactful programming for older people. The PDQM will coordinate Healthy Ageing Platform activities, leadership meetings, and strategic reporting.
The Ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in project cycle management, MEAL, coalition coordination, and partner capacity development.
