The Partnership Coordinator at HelpAge International (Ukraine) will assist partners in managing HelpAge-funded programs by ensuring workplans, budgets, procurement plans, and benchmarks are established and will aid in identifying new partners, coordinating capacity assessments, and supporting partner training and capacity-building initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess experience including partnership/grants management, emergency settings familiarity, donor knowledge, proposal development, financial analysis, training proficiency, and language skills. Knowledge of aging issues, Ukrainian/Russian proficiency, and INGO experience are desirable.
