Change Manager Consultant

HelpAge International is seeking a Change Manager Consultant to support the implementation of a new organisational design and lead a Transition Working Group. This role is crucial as HelpAge navigates a changing funding landscape and aims to enhance its role as a Convenor and Thought Leader while continuing partner-led programming. The Change Manager will support staff consultation, collaborate with HR to implement a global change management process by 31 August 2025, review business systems, manage project transitions, and foster new ways of working. The contract will run from April to October 2025.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing change in an international context, knowledge of the humanitarian and development sector, and strong communication, analytical, and planning skills. Multilingual skills and experience with HelpAge International are desirable.
