We are looking for a Chair with the energy, vision, and genuine commitment to help ensure the charity remains at the cutting edge of the sector to address the opportunities and challenges posed by population ageing. The Chair should have a strategic focus, governance and leadership experience, and strong collaborative skills, to work with a globally diverse and high-performing Board.
Our Board requires Trustees with strong strategic leadership experience in an international setting, whether in NGOs, business, foundations, or other relevant sectors. Core skillsets in fundraising and business development, international development, finance and audit, communications, strategic planning, advocacy, technology, governance, and risk management are highly desirable. We are keen to continue to be an inclusive Board and to ensure we have representatives from across the globe, including in particular from Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa and North America.
