The Age Inclusion Specialist at HelpAge International will ensure the needs of older people are identified and addressed in humanitarian responses, coordinate with humanitarian actors, develop age inclusion tools, create and deliver relevant trainings, and provide technical support to local partners.
The ideal candidate should possess field experience in humanitarian work, a strong understanding of intersectionality and protection, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Fluency in Arabic and previous experience in Lebanon are preferred.
